Lenovo’s upcoming Yoga C630 WOS has been spotted early at BestBuy.com. The Snapdragon 850 powered Windows 2-in-1 is yet to be available through other retailers, including Lenovo.
The particular offering through Best Buy includes 8GB of memory and 128GB of SSD storage. It is “locked” to Verizon, and is available to purchase for $699.99 with a 2 year contract, or for $799.99 without. It does appear that these are currently in stock, and available. Options for purchase are limited to the $799.99 (Activate Later) option unless you have a current Verizon plan. It’s showing available for pickup at the nearest Best Buy.
Personally I’m holding out hope for an AT&T/GSM frequency model, in black. Verizon (and every major carrier) handles data only connections very poorly, at least when it comes to price and data cap. I’m hoping to slide in a SIM card from a rival service, we’ll see what happens over the next few weeks. I do plan on getting my hands on one of these devices and doing some extensive testing and a few creative pieces I think you will all enjoy.
